A native and long-time resident of the Berkshires, Mark joined the bank’s senior management team in July 2025. He has a deep understanding of the local business landscape and a passion for helping others. Mark brings over 35 years of experience in commercial lending, business development, and relationship banking. In his new role, he will lead strategic efforts to support local businesses, expand lending services, and guide a team of lenders.
Mark has a long-standing commitment to volunteering in the community and is currently the Vice President of the Pittsfield Economic Development Corp (PERC) and a Board member for Berkshire Place.

With more than 40 years of experience in the local banking industry, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as our Commercial Banking Leader. He has forged myriad relationships and contacts within both regional and national organizations that help his customers leverage services, network, and develop partnerships. Throughout his career, he has been committed to being a connector, fostering economic growth for his region and business community.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mike has been an active participant in various community organizations. He currently serves as a Director of The Feigenbaum Foundation and has been a board member and treasurer for Berkshire County Arc for 16 years. In July 2020, he was elected as the organization's Chairman of the Board.

Sierra has fifteen years of combined experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate assessment, credit and risk analysis, portfolio management, relationship management, branch management and deposit operations. A Berkshire County native, she was immersed in entrepreneurship from a young age, gaining firsthand experience and insights while working for her family’s business. Her father, a successful business owner, introduced her to the fundamentals of running a business, instilling a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Beyond her banking career, Sierra and her husband operate their own business where she oversees the back-end financials, while her husband focuses on daily operations. She finds inspiration in learning how businesses thrive and sees each interaction as a dual opportunity to support her local business community and to gain insights from experienced leaders. Her passion for entrepreneurship, paired with her commitment to fostering business growth, makes her a valuable resource and advocate for those looking to achieve success in their own ventures.

Zach has more than a decade of experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate assessment, credit risk analysis, portfolio management, relationship management and business development. A Berkshire County native, his parents were local small business owners who he began working for as soon as he had his driver's license, and then helped manage for 15 years. This experience helped him understand and appreciate the time and effort required to run a business, leading him to a career in banking.
Zach has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He previously served on the Vermont Banking Association Commercial Lending Committee and the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board. He lives in Pittsfield with his wife, two children, and dog. He's an avid Red Sox fan, enjoys playing golf, and being involved in all his children’s activities.

Lisa has more than 30 years of combined banking experience in business lending, credit and risk analysis, commercial real estate financing, commercial underwriting, and portfolio management. She has been with Pittsfield Co-op since 2022.
A Berkshire County native, Lisa loves the region's outdoor recreation and likes to go on spontaneous adventures. She loves sports and is an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants fan. She resides in Dalton with her youngest daughter and her pets.

Ben started at Co-op Bank in August 2025 as our chief credit officer. Atwood previously worked at NBT since 2021, where he developed expertise in credit administration, risk management, and relationship banking. In his new role, Ben will oversee credit policy, loan portfolio quality, and risk management practices to ensure the ongoing financial strength and stability. He received his Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Vermont.
Since 2023, Ben has served on 1Berkshire’s Steering Committee for their Youth Leadership Program. Through this role, he helps guide initiatives that empower young people to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and contribute positively to their communities.

A Berkshire County native, Renee has more than 35 years of regional banking experience ranging from branch and deposit operations, retail and commercial loan servicing, and account management.
Renee resides in Pittsfield with her family. When not at work, she enjoys spending time on the beach or cheering on her children and grandchildren at sporting events and school functions. In her spare time, she can be found cooking in her kitchen for family and friends.

Patrick has been with Pittsfield Co-op since 2018, beginning as a teller and working his way up to the commercial credit department. His love of numbers inspired him to major in mathematics in college and certainly has helped his career in credit and risk analysis. He successfully completed Risk Management Association's Commercial Lending School and will graduate in June 2025 from the Massachusetts Bankers Association's Credit Analyst Apprenticeship Program.
A Berkshire County native, Patrick has helped coach little league baseball in Pittsfield since 2020. He and his family reside in Pittsfield.
