+ What do I do if my debit or ATM card is lost or stolen?

Customers can turn their debit card off in the “My Card” function of mobile banking or with the Card Valet app if a business customer. Otherwise, a customer can contact 1-833-660-0464 to turn off or close the card.

+ Will my debit or credit card work when traveling?

Yes, it will work. If you have CardValet®, a free app offered by Pittsfield Cooperative Bank, you will be able to control how your card is used. Once installed on your mobile device, you can set up spending limits, authorized merchant categories, and geographic locations when traveling as well as create text alerts, and turn off your card if it's lost or stolen. Additionally, it keeps you informed of potential fraud with alerts on attempted and declined transactions.

+ Where are your ATMs to withdraw money?

Our ATM locations in Berkshire County can be found here. We are a member of the NYCE SUM™ network, and customers can make withdrawals at other SUM program ATMs without paying a surcharge.

+ Do you have notaries?

Yes, we have notaries at all of our branch locations. We suggest calling ahead to ensure that one will be available for your schedule.
